how should I improve my english pronunciation?

when there is GJ in the vocab it sound as H, H don't pronounce, C sounds see, ZS dont pronounce. Any other things? Other vocabs, I can pronounce same like English pronunciation ? like La Casa, I can say same as English pronunciation.

I'm brazilian and I'm learning English. The pronunciation is difficult in the beginning. Give me some tips to improve it. Thanks (:
