Have you tried the Rosetta Stone program for English?
Michael Phelps used it for the Beijing Olympics to learn Chinese...
[and your grammar's very good, by the way. :) ]

We have the same problem, I live in Mexico so I don't have anybody for to practice english, I mean at my english school I do practice, but is not enough, besides, I can't spend the whole day in there, but you know... hearing music in english really works for me, and when I watch TV I always choose tv programs in english, you should try it, when I started to do this, it was really hard to me, even nowadays sometimes i just don't get when people say something, but that's normal i mean is not my mother language!!
Good luck!

English is a very hard language sometimes, even for a native speaker. To improve on your English speaking, talk to a mirror. If there is an easier listening exercise, listen to the people who are speaking. You can get a good idea on how to improve speaking by listening carefully.
It can be hard to understand English sometimes when listening, so I think that practice is key. Ask your teacher on how to recognize and understand different dialects and accents in English. For an instructor, you should check your equivalent of the Yellow Pages or simply search for an instructor on your favorite search engine (like Google, Yahoo, etc.) Good luck on learning English! I wish you the best.
