What is the best publicity method for a New IELTS,Spoken English Institute?

Hi, I am opening my own Institute (IELTS,TOEFL, Spoken English Personality Development) in Punjab, after teaching in other reputed Institutes. Can you people suggest me , what can be the best method to promote the brand and the institute and to bring more students on board? I am waiting for all the lovely suggestions. Plz Assist. :)

Internet publicity's the best IMO. You could have a website, a facebook page, some YT instructional videos (maybe something like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1UeGt-OtWE but of course from another angle so you can offer something new and different).
