How can i have a full scholarship at a university in australia?

I'm in grade 11 now and my dream is study aboard at australia . So can you tell me how i can have a full scholarship at Latrobe or other university? I want to study course Information Technology. Thank for your answer. Have a nice day!

You will need to look at your own country - as Australia and Australian universities DO NOT give out scholarships to any undergraduate degree - only to PhD. Since all Australians get free (in that they dont pay anything until they are earning good money) uni education there is no need to provide scholarships to anyone. We also do not have the American culture of donating money to our universities that fund things like scholarships.
