please help anemone question?

i have a salt water tank that has been up and running for about 2 years stably, 3 days ago i look in there to see a little plant growing. after observing it for awhile it seems to be a anemone of some sort.. its about 2cm high has a trunk and a lot of arms at the top. its pinkish brown, can pull itself inside of the trunk and move around in all directions. its attached to a peice of my live rock.. i guess my question is does anyone know what kind of nem this might be, how it could have just shown up there, or how to care for it? thank-you for your help, im experienced in fish but nems are totally new to me!

I don't know what kind of anemone it is, but I'm hoping it's not an aptasia or "glass" anemone. These critters spread all over the place, sting your other animals, and in general are terrible pests. They often appear spontaneously in the manner you describe. Good luck with it.
