How can I learn to speak fluent english?

I mean without mistakes, without accent, because I think I wanna be an actor or something, and I can't give up on this one, because I got to do what my heart tells.. Like follow to my heart.. I'm from Europe, I started to learn english on a first grade , but I have an accent, and many mistakes in my english. How do I get rid of that?
