Can I apply as a teacher in Australia with 7 band score in IELTS?

I have read in several sites that one can teach in Australia with the requirement of 7 IELTS score in all the components. However, I got 6.5 in listening and writing. My scores: R:7.5 L:6.5 W:6.5 S:7 I checked the requirements like teaching experiences and educational background etc. Sadly, it seems that my IELTS score is the only lone factor that will hinder me to work in Australia.
