Is there any advantage of taking Ibt-TOEFL exam in South korea rather than any english speaking country ?

ETS devided several regions worldwide for TOEFL exams and only South Korea and Japan are in region 4. English language performance of these two countries are low. So, is there any advantage of taking TOEFL tests from these two countries ? Is test questions differ from other native english speaking countries ?
