What is the important things do I have to know to learn English quick?

Hi there, can someone help me to learn English quick. I find it really hard to perfect my English. What really do I have to know in order to learn quick about my English. I'm always shy when I'm talking to people because I'm scared to have a mistake in my grammar and there's a lot of word that I couldn't understand, but I'm really working on that. Then how to be more confident when you are talking to someone? I hope someone could help me. Thank you :(
