A, I think you've got a pretty good handle on English now. So don't stress, when I needed to learn a new skill (shorthand) I used to watch the TV news practice shorthand (which looks like a bunch of squiggles, lines weird abbreviations), then I would transcribe it back into a legible form of word perfect English. It was the best way to learn increase my transcription knowledge speeds. Why don't you try taking down yr local news broadcast, have someone 'tape it' but you write it in English. You will know if it is word perfect then with yr transcription. Can you get hold of some English crossword puzzles on the net together with the answers? This will help you comprehend the word/s meanings. Good luck stop putting too much pressure on yr self. Remember you have a broader outlook than some of those sitting the same exam - so you're in effect infront before you start:D

At this point, all you can do is review your material, relax, and get a good night's sleep before you take the test. Eat a healthy breakfast the morning of the test, and again, relax.

Read as many newspapers and watch as many news channels as possible. Topical subjects might be questioned, and a wide variety of vocab is usually used. Also, here's a tip :P 1)I have TO attend a English language recruitment test in two days time. :) Good luck and I hope it goes great, I think it will, your English is better than that of most on Yahoo answers! =P
