What does this mean and what language is it?

Ok so someone posted something in a blog of mine. But I have no idea what it means or what language it is so I am unsure how to respond x_x Any1 know? It's this phrase: "toi muon choi"

I dont know what it is but it sounds very Asian. Vietnamese , Korean , try translating on google translate.

It looks like it could be French text/informal language. It could perhaps mean "You are my choice" or "You are my (sentimental term)". Other than that, I'm not sure.

I too dont know the language or meaning , it appears to be chinese or taiwanese.
