Is it possible to get a sports scholarship from a division III college?

I don't think it is possible to get a scholarship, however, I was wondering if they can "pull some strings" and incorporate scholarships into other things. Thanks in advance!

There are some D3 schools that offer sports scholarships, but rarely full rides or even significant money. I would suggest apply to external scholarships that often have very few applicants. For example, http://scholarship-source.net/ pays out $10,000 scholarships every two weeks to students who apply. It only took me like 5 minutes to apply and now I have enough money to cover what financial aid can't.

Far as I know, D3 schools don't offer sports scholarships. HOWEVER, I would imagine there are ways of getting funding/aid such as academic, or maybe some foundation.
