How do I go about applying for a scholarship?

I am 12 years old and in the 7th grade. I want to apply for a scholarship but I don't know where to go or how to do it. I want to go to UCLA college. I am in middle school. So if anyone knows where and how I can apply for a scholarship, please tell me. Please help me. I don't have a guidance counselor either. Please help me.

you don't really need to worry about it for at least 4-5 years. you can't really apply till you are getting close to being done with high school.

See your guidance counselor. That is the easiest place to start. Your seventh grade counselor may think it's a bit early to be applying for scholarships, though. Focus on getting good grades and preparing for the ACT or SAT. That will help with scholarships on down the road.
