how can i learn to speak english fluently if i do not have any english speaker to speak with?listening to?

listening to english is really a good tool, but it is not enough. i need to speak the language. in addition, i do not think it is helpful to speak with myself .how do you think i should help myself in speaking english

I find a good way is through Satellite TV. You can watch English programs and this is particularly good if you can get subtitles in your own language. You can also use a computer and build up network of friend whom you can speak to on for example MSN

I've had the same problem throughout my life in my attempts (all failed) to learn Spanish. I just am not around Spanish speaking people every day, so I never get a feel for the language. Even if I know a word or phrase, I don't recognize it when I hear it in speech, because it's accented differently than I've heard it (or studied it).
