How much scholarship is given by the University of Toronto for the achivement of good O and A level grades?

For GCE Cambridge, how much scholarship is going to be earned by 7 As in O level and 4 As in A levels? I have heard from some of my friends that they give 70% tuition fee waiver for scholarship. Is it true? Is it true that students can get 100% scholarships in universities of Canada for extraordinary O and A level results?? If you can answer, it I would be gratified.
