how can I improve my pronunciation in english?

I am learning english.. I speak spanish.. I need to learn how to pronounce words very well.. and to improve my grammar.. I am taking english course but it's not enough.. I have a mexican teacher who doesn't have a good pronunciation.. how can I improve my pronunciation in english?

Make friends with people who speak English, and practice it all the time. I study spanish, but making spanish speaking friends taught me more about how to speak than 4 years of study.

My suggestion is to get an audio book that is unabridged and buy the printed version as well and follow along with the narrator. This will help you build your vocabulary, improve your grammar and learn pronunciation all at the same time! I have used this process learning two languages and it helped me immensely.
