What is the best option for TEFL for someone who just needs brushup with English Grammar? ?

I am currently finishing my MA in Communication Studies and i have 2 years teaching experience. I would like to teach at a UNI in Korea. Would it be beneficial for me to get a TEFL certificate? If so, what would be the best option for the english grammar? Online preferred because i really don't need the classroom experience.

Yes it would. However, none will provide you with any sort of in-depth knowledge of grammar. For that I would suggest getting a good book and going through it. For online try ICAL who also have a good grammar wiki which will help cover the basics.
