How do i submit my TOEFL score to colleges?

I'm going to apply for colleges and they want me to send them my TOEFL score. How do i do that?

When you sign up your TOEFL form, they ask your aspiring institute where they [ test organiser] will send your score card to them, besides all of it, when you send your SoP to your desire institute ,then staple your score card xerox attested copy [ attested must be done by any authorities of American Centre or USEFI]

By whatever means they prefer: post, email etc. Ask them how they want to have it sent.

When you apply to take your TOEFL they will ask to which schools they should send the results. Also, I think you get another chance to do that after you finish your test.
