Can you get in to college by taking just taking TOEIC? instead of taking SAT or ACT?

Isn't the TOEIC an English test? The ACT and SAT include several subjects. Not all colleges have the same requirements. Contact the ones you are interested in (or look on their web sites, most have them now.)
