How do I become an IELTS instructor in India?

Hello....I want to be an IELTS instructor. I've no teaching experience but good communication skills in English and 8 band score in IELTS (General training Academic). I also attended a 3 day workshop by British Council on "IELTS Train the trainer". But almost every coaching centre requires teaching experience. Any ideas?
