how can I improve my listening english?

Im not a native english person, but my job need good listening and oral english. I have some english base, but I couldnot better communicate in english. how can I improve my listening english?

Watch tv with the subtitles on. Put in a classified ad for a tutor. Place audio book on mp3 listening device and listen to it instead of music.

Do you live in an English speaking country? The best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself as much as possible. Work at a place where you have to use English, watch English speaking movies, join an english club. You need to do something where you participate, not just listen. No offense but, your written english needs some improvement, depending on what level you are trying to achieve. Taking a class could be a good idea, in most countries, there are churches that offer free English classes. Good luck!

I think you need to have a boyfriend or friends who can help ur speaking and listening. It will take time to get better listener. Just be patient, You will get better.^^
