How long will it take to receive TOEFL scores?

I want to take the TOEFL exam towards the end of July, but my college needs my scores by August 31st. 1. I've heard scores being received within two weeks, but is this always the case? Is there a chance I will miss this deadline? 2. If I canceled the TOEFL exam and moved it to an earlier date, would I be able to get a full refund?

it takes 3 weeks to recieve your scores for a TOEFL iBT test. I don't know whether it differs for paper- or computer-based exams.
