where can i find mp3 files for English listening? my friend need to practice for oral examination,?

we have this thing in our school, which called the oral exam. since English isn't our native language, my friend needs some files that we can download from the web to burn on CD, and listen to them. if the file had another file that have some excerises about them then it'll be better. PLEASE help me help my friend.
