Can you help me with rules of taking GMAT for Azeri citizens?

Inara - 2006-09-23 01:25:41 - Studying Abroad

I live in Azerbaijan and I am oil engineer. I would like to study somewhere in Europe or US, so I need to take some exams and as far as I know GMAT is the only or the best available one. So I would like to know more about all the procedures that are need to be taken while taking this exam in my motherland. Thanks.

Best Answer:

GMAT is for acceptance into business schools, eg if you want to do an MBA. If you are intending to study other subjects, then there may not be a requirement for GMAT. More likely, you need to take an english test such as TOEFL or IELTS. Check out the various universities you are interested in going to, and the various entry requirements should be listed online. If you do have to take a GMAT exam, then go to www.mba.com for more information. You can sign up there and register for a test at a test centre nearest to where you live. Good luck!

You can go to www.mba.com, and it will tell u about where they give the exam in each country they give it everywhere i know, u may also get a fee waiver if u cannot afford it because it is $250. u have to take it at a mba approved test center so u can also get the booklet from mba mailed to u or u can go to the US embassy some have a library about schools in US and the bulletins, I know when i took the SAT in jamaica i went to the US embassy and they had all the bulletins and gave me info on the tests good luck
