How much does a TOEFL exam cost and where do I have to pay?

I live in an European country where English isn't the official language. Can you please give me some sites where I can take a TOEFL exam online? I'd apreciate it.

i think you try to visit the philippine regulations commission official website and see if they give an online examination ok?

Even though the exams are online, you still have to take it at a test taking center. It costs around $120.
