What is the minimum time to get an Australian Permanent residency visa after I pass IELTS ?

I need to know the minimum time required to get an Australian Permancent residency visa as I have already got the job there. I am undergoing the IELTS exam soon and what can be the mim=nimum time to get it after an application is filed in?
