how to become a good toeic teacher, how will studentbe interested in learning english?

I know next to nothing about toeic (other than it is japanese I think). But in general, being a good teacher and getting students interested has a lot to do with ones own (that is the teacher's) engagement. If you love teaching, if your students can see you like the things you teach, it's sort of contagious. Also, chose some fun things to do in class. Read fun texts. Make fun exercises, i.e. small plays, acting, singing, use tv shows, lyrics from pop/ rock music - it depends a lot on the age of your students of course. Some teachers just seem to know how to do this by heart, others have to work a bit on it. It very rare that anybody absolutely can't do it (but it happens). A good teacher can make any subject interesting, a bad teacher can make any interesting subject boring... Good luck, and enjoy your teaching
